Introduction
This statement applies to this website operated by the Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW). We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.
- Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- Zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off screen
- Navigate most of the site using a keyboard
- Use speech recognition software
- Listen with a screen reader (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts are not fully accessible yet, including:
- Missing or incomplete labels on some interactive controls
- Focus management gaps and occasional missing focus styles
- Some images lacking appropriate alt text
- Structural markup issues in certain templates
- Status messages not always announced programmatically
- Keyboard gaps in a small number of components
