These terms govern your use of this website and the associated planning tools operated by the Institute for the Future of Work ("IFOW", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

• The site is provided for staff users only (teachers, careers leaders, SLT, and authorised collaborators). It is not for student accounts.
• You must use the site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer the service or underlying code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all site content is owned by IFOW or our licensors. You may download and adapt materials for educational use in your institution. You must retain any required attributions and respect third‑party licences referenced in materials.

4. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We aim to minimise personal data in the service. Do not upload special category or student data to the planning tools.

5. Disclaimers

The site and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error‑free operation. You are responsible for reviewing materials for suitability in your context.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFOW is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and suspension

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the site at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable use standards.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
